What are the roles and responsibilities of a manager?

Examples: Think about at a resort, a golf course, a sports team, a property manager, a business manager, a restaurant etc.

What are the roles and responsibilities of the owner?

According to Psalm 24:1 who is the owner of everything on earth?

Read Matthew 25:14-30 about the parable of the Talents.

What did the person who got the five talents do with them? The one who got the three talents? The one who got the one talent?

Luke 16:10

Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much.

According to Luke 16:10 if the manager does a good job for the owner, what could happen?

Should we be surprised when the owner (God) allows for his managers (us) to have more or less control of HIS possessions and what HE owns, which is everything?
